Pam
Financial Coordinator
I help demystify and guide patients through their orthodontic benefits. I answer any questions, so patients have a better understanding of their insurance plan. I enjoy helping patients maneuver through the red tape of their insurance to make their experience with us as hassle-free as possible. Dr. Mark is very warm, personable, and fun, and because he values family, he is supportive of our family priorities. I absolutely love working with my co-workers. Our staff supports each other on and off work!
I have an awesome hubby, Adam, and four adorable kids named Josh, Timmy, Cherish, and Micah. I compete in triathlons and find it fulfilling to see my training pay off in my races. I enjoy finding new and fun restaurants to try. There's nothing better than sharing a great meal with family and friends. When I'm feeling mellow, I love curling up with a good book.

I have been working in the orthodontic field since 2001, greeting patients with a smile to assure them that their visit will be pleasant. There is nothing more amazing than seeing a patient walking out with a new smile on their face after their treatment is completed. Working with Dr. Wong is great. He is very committed to his job and likes bonding with his patients. I have spent all of my career in orthodontics working here, and I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.
When I’m not in the office, I like spending time with the family and planning fun activities. In my free time I like baking, cooking, and scrap-booking.

I have been in the orthodontic field for 35 years, spending the past 28 years with Wong Orthodontics. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to meet so many wonderful patients and their families, and it’s a joy to see their new, beautiful smiles. My favorite part of my job is coming to work with Dr. Wong and the rest of our staff because they make every day a lot of fun. I love working with Dr Wong because he is such a caring person. He makes our patients feel very comfortable at each of their appointments and takes a real interest in what they say and do.
My husband and I have three children and four grandchildren who I love spending time with. In my free time I also like scrap-booking, sewing, and taking pictures.

I began working at Wong Orthodontics 35 years ago as a dental assistant and have been the office manager for 32 of those years. I very much enjoy overseeing the general running of the office everyday and helping out whenever I can. Working with so many different people makes each day exciting with an unexpected surprise or two. I enjoy connecting with our patients of all ages and finding something we have in common. Our patients are my favorite part of working here!
My husband of 31 years is Dick, and we have two four-legged children, Maggie, our sweet yellow lab and Hallie, our cat who was homeless and adopted us! I enjoy spending time outdoors, training and walking Maggie, gardening, and decorating for various occasions. I also love to shop and eat lunch with my two sisters.

I have been greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and assuring our front office runs smoothly for Wong Orthodontics since 2003. I love getting to know our patients on a personal level and making sure that they have a great visit every time. Seeing a shy, quiet patient who does not smile at all transform into an outgoing, happy patient who can't stop smiling is the best part of my job. I love working for Dr. Wong because of his passion for orthodontics. He is a fantastic orthodontist with outstanding chairside manner. He truly cares for his patients, and that is sometimes a hard quality to find.
My wonderful husband, Josh, and I have three incredible children, Nathan, Broeden, and Madison, and a golden retriever named Roxi. I love being a mom! I keep myself busy with my children's school, sports, and activities. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors, camping, fishing, taking walks, and painting.

I have worked as a dental assistant with Wong Orthodontics since 2006. I like to share my experience with braces to patients who may have concerns about their treatment. It makes them more comfortable knowing that I understand what they’re going through. Our patients are a diverse group of people, and I’ve enjoyed getting to know them and learning about their interests. Dr. Wong is great to work for, is always willing to invest in new technology, and does a great job educating our staff.
I am married to my wonderful husband, and I enjoy spoiling my niece whenever I can!

Treatment Coordinator, RDA
My interaction with our patients starts from when they first visit our office and continues throughout their treatment. As the treatment coordinator, I discuss treatment plans, treatment options, and financial options. My favorite part of my job is meeting new people and helping them understand all aspects of their treatment plan. Because of my background as an RDA and treatment coordinator since 2003, I am able to provide patients with guidance regarding orthodontic treatment. Dr. Mark Wong is very friendly and truly cares about his patients. He continuously keeps not only himself but his staff updated on new technology and continuing education regarding orthodontics. It is a pleasure to come to work everyday.
My husband, Chris, and I have one son named Brock and a Chihuahua named Lilly. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends.
